There are few brunch treats as satisfying as a hot biscuit right out of the oven. Whether you enjoy them with sweet or savory toppings, these Grain-Free Biscuits are a surefire way to make brunch magic. I’m sharing my go-to way to make them, in both Classic and Cheddar varieties.
My favorite way to serve grain-free biscuits
Both versions of these Grain-Free Biscuits make a fantastic base for Keto Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, a meat-free Keto Biscuits and Creamy Egg Gravy, and both breakfast and lunch sandwiches alike. As much as I love the Cheddar Biscuits, I’ll always have a soft spot for a Classic Biscuit fresh out of the oven topped with a healthy smear of butter and jam.
A note for special diets
The Classic Grain-Free Biscuits are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, nightshade-free and friendly for Keto and SIBO diets. If you swap the butter for ghee they are also Paleo friendly. If made in the 1/4 cup size they total 4 net carbs each, making them super low-carb.
The Cheddar Grain-Free Biscuits are gluten-free, refined sugar-free and friendly for Keto and SIBO diets. If made in the 1/4 cup size they total 3 net carbs, making them even lower in carbs than the Classic Grain-Free Biscuits.

My husband and I are trying this whole keto diet thing. We aren’t really hardcore about it though. But we have been pretty good at not eating bread and pasta but I do need a fix. I think I’m going to give this recipe a try and see if it will satisfy us. Thanks!
Same. We eat pretty low carb, mostly keto but I don’t feel too bad when we eat outside the lines once in a while. This recipe really makes it easy to eat within keto and feel like you’re satisfying some of those cravings though.
