Description

These Harry Potter-inspired Lemon Ice Pops come together with a magical 3 ingredients and can be prepped in 10 minutes before freezing. These are a sweet and refreshing treat best enjoyed on a warm summer day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups water, divided
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add the honey and 1 cup of water and stir to combine. Bring to a boil for a full minute.
  2. In a large pitcher or spouted mixing bowl, add the honey mixture, lemon, and remaining water. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour lemonade into ice pop molds and freeze for atleast 4 hours.
