Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded (If you use grated I would subtract the additional 2 tbsp)
  • 23 tbsp fresh lemon juice (start with 2 tbsp and taste first before adding more)
  • 2 tbsp garlic oil (may sub 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + 2 minced garlic cloves)
  • 5 anchovies packed in oil and salt (about 2 tsp)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (may sub coconut aminos if you have trouble finding gluten-free Worcestershire)
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender add ingredients and pulse until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days until ready to serve.
