Description

This Orange Cranberry Sauce is sweetened with orange juice and zest, honey, and cinnamon -- and can be made in 15 minutes or less!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup orange juice*
  • zest of one orange (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine all of the ingredients. Allow to come to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often until most of the cranberries have burst.
  2. Remove from heat. The cranberry sauce will thicken substantially as it cools.

I prefer to use fresh since I'm already zesting the fruit. You'll need atleast one large orange or two medium ones.
