Let the drizzling commence
A good sauce or dressing should take less than 5 minutes to make, be comprised of ingredients you generally have on hand already, and taste better than anything premade. This Special Sauce graciously checks all those boxes.
I love to use it in the following dishes:
- Burgers and salads, especially this Burger Salad with Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs
- Reuben sandwiches in place of the classic Russian dressing
- As a fry sauce for roasted potato wedges, or better yet drizzled all over Smashed Potatoes
- Drizzled on top of other roasted root vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, turnips, onions, radishes, and rutabaga
A note for special diets
This Special Sauce is grain-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, and friendly for Keto, Paleo, Low-FODMAP, and Whole30 diets.

This would be so awesome to have at the ready at all times. I can think of so many things I'd drizzle it on. Smoked paprika is one of my favorite spices to use!

This sauce sounds pretty good to me! I would dip chicken or pretzel rods in this, or maybe add to a sandwich!
